Innocore offers three levels of support to our customers through the knowledgebase web based support site which contains the latest drivers, software libraries, manuals and application notes in a searchable and easily navigable format. Individual user logins allow users to get automatic update notifications and allow us to provide tailored support for each customer.

- Design consultation on 4 designs per year, up to 25 hours total**
- Free BIOS modification work — max. 1 project per year
- Engineer on-site training and support visits — up to 2 days per year (At OEM Location)
- Software application support — up to 25 hours total**
- Access to Source Code for Densitron proprietary software drivers (excluding TPM). Including DPCI components — SRAM, ROM, I/O, Intrusion, COM ports, API (libraries/headers), demo code
- Support for regulatory submissions — priority handling
- 5% discount on NRE, FPGA design and tooling for ancillary boards — such as backplane, I/O board
- Silver OEM Web site access (subject to NDA terms) — drivers, technical support knowledge base, manuals, application notes
- TPM Software Package — TPM enabled BIOS, driver (Windows XP or Linux 2.6), libraries (TSS solution), demo code, documentation
- EOL management — Innocore will keep the customer informed of EOL issues affecting their products and make arrangements in consultation with the customer to extend the life of products

Gold Level
All the benefits of Silver Level with the addition of:
- Design consultation on 4 designs per year, up to 50 hours total**
- Software application support — up to 50 hours total**
- TPM (Trusted Platform) integration support — Expert consultation up to 50 hours**, threat assessment modeling, security architecture overview, encryption, BIOS modification and customization for secure root of trust
- Support for alternative Operating Systems up to 50 hours**
- Gold OEM Web site access (subject to NDA terms)
- 10% discount on NRE, FPGA design and tooling for ancillary boards — such as backplane, I/O board
