Unicum Group of Companies is the leading Russian provider of solutions and products for gaming business and amusement industry. Since 1990 the company distributes and manufactures slot machines and equipment for casinos, slot sites and amusement complexes. It also offers consulting services in effective operations.

Unicum’s engineers worked with Innocore Gaming to specify and produce a very specialized platform consisting of a high performance motherboard and an optimized backplane. Unique features were included for I/O, security and reliability. The specification drew heavily on Unicum’s expertise in producing gaming machines and Innocore’s in depth knowledge and experience designing PC architecture products for gaming.

The design was produced in a record time of less than 5 months and provides Unicum with a versatile high performance platform for many years into the future.
